Tri-Peak Realty. Who's YOUR Realtor?

About Cody Heller

Since 2015, I have been the Co-Owner Of Tri-Peak Realty with my wife Ashley and business partner Greg. I am a dedicated and committed Realtor who consistently goes above and beyond for my customers. If I had to describe my style in the real estate world, I would say I am constantly running with energy. Yet I have an easy going style with my clients, and unmistakable knowledge of real estate in the Boise area and the business. I am ready and willing to help with any and all real estate needs.

I grew up in Marsing, ID and maintain strong ties throughout the Treasure Valley as a native to the area. In 2009 I graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Management and then went on to get a Masters degree in Education. After spending 6 years managing gyms and personal training, my wife and I decided we wanted to start a business and be more involved in the community that we love so much! We felt real estate was a great place to accomplish all that we wanted.

It is my aspiration is to make buying and selling real estate fun and exciting for all of my clients while making sure they walk away with the best deal possible. I have made it a point to educate myself so that I can be extremely well rounded in the various aspects of the real estate industry. I have obtained a vast amount of experience in the residential housing marketplace while also developing a strong commercial real estate sales and leasing know-how. I have also worked with many builders while helping clients build brand new homes and coaching them throughout that process. I am also a member of the Boise Regional Realtors and The National Association of Realtors.

In addition to working full time as a Realtor, I also coach high school football at Vallivue High School out in Caldwell. In my free time I enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, and just enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.
